Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is used to cover initial costs and logistics for your participation.

2. Refund Policy

The balance of the retreat fee (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be refundable only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• - Natural disasters (earthquakes, severe flooding, etc.) affecting either Egypt or your country of departure, preventing you from travelling.
  - War, or government travel bans that make the retreat location inaccessible.
  - Cancellation by the organisers.

• Refunds will not be issued for:
  - Change of mind or personal circumstances (including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, family matters, illness or change of interest)
  - Travel disruptions not related to the retreat itself (e.g., missed flights, visa issues, or passport problems)

We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes, cancellations, or emergencies.

3. Program Adjustments

We aim to stay true to the spirit and full experience of the retreat as outlined in our promotional materials. However, in rare instances we may need to make minor adjustments to the program due to factors such as:

• - Weather conditions
  - Local circumstances
  - Health and safety concerns
  - Availability of specific locations or facilitators

Any such changes will be made with the intention of preserving the integrity and quality of your retreat experience.

4. Responsibility & Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to take full responsibility for their personal well-being, travel arrangements, and behaviour throughout the retreat. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct towards any of the organisers, staff or other participants may result in withdrawal from the retreat without refund.

5. Liability

Dennis Bullock, Uli Centini and Starlife (Evelyn Laino & Karim Badawi), shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or delays incurred during travel or participation in the retreat, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

By submitting your registration and deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
